Shipping Rates & Order Fullfilment

We ship orders via the following (View Rates):

• Continental U.S. (Lower 48): Packages ship either FedEx, FedEx Smart Post, UPS, UPS Sure Post or USPS.
• U.S. Overseas: USPS Priority Mail is used for shipping to APO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. These destinations may require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you via email for your approval of these charges. Please allow additional processing time for the order.
• Canada & International Shipping Is Not Available

Order Fulfillment Information

We strive to ship all orders promptly, however we occasionally have items which are on backorder. In the event of an item being backordered, we will hold the order and notify the customer of status. Please provide accurate email/phone information so our Customer Service Department can efficiently communicate with you.

• Orders received Monday thru Friday before 1:00pm CST will be processed & shipped the same day
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed & shipped next business day
• Orders placed on a holiday will be processed & shipped next business day

**EXCEPTIONS

• Some items are of excessive size and/or weight and may require additional freight charges which will appear on your order
• FREE Freight applies to Continental U.S. (Lower 48) Ground Shipping Only
• FREE Freight does not apply to oversized items with additional shipping charges
• FREE Freight does not apply to clearance products

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing OogaLights for your decorative & novelty lighting needs. We hope you are satisfied with your order and you continue to shop on OogaLights in the future. To ensure customer satisfaction, we would like you to look over the following return policies.

Upon receiving your order please do the following before opening the items:

• If shipment parcel(s) shows signs of shipping damaged, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any parcel(s) damage at the time of delivery
• Check the item(s) for any visual delivery damage or defects in the item(s) original packaging.
• Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
• If you ordered multiples of one item, open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the packages.

If you are for any reason unsatisfied, please read the following and fill out the Return Authorization Form.

• The Return Authorization Form must be filled out within 5 days of receiving the items.
• Items must be returned in new unused condition.
• A 20% service charge may be applied to all returned items falling under the first 5 day period.
• After 5 days, a 20% - 30% restocking fee will be applied.
• When returning any item(s) that was shipped under a FREE SHIPPING promotion the credit will have the normal shipping fees for the item(s) deducted from its amount.
• If the items are used, or opened we reserve the right to reject the returned product(s).
• Any markings on the packaging put there by the consumer will constitute a rejected return.
• Original shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the available credit.
• Any refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
• Shipping the item(s) back without an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued from OogaLights may delay your refund.
• Shipping cost and responsibility of the product back to OogaLights shall be that of the customers if the order was placed in customer error.
