My name is Robin ******* and I received my order a couple of days ago. I ordered two boxes of your cowboy boot light sets. The first set did not light up and the second box did, so that was great.
What is REALLY great and worth mentioning, in this world today, is the service I received when asking about returning my product. Chris, who was absolutely cordial and pleasant, was a great help in solving the problem. She believed my story and quickly offered to send another box of lights. I was absolutely thrilled it went so easily. I didn't need the boots, really, and upon deciding that, Chris called me back promptly and asked if it was okay to just send a replacement string with no boots. Fabulous idea!
I own a dental office, along with my husband, and our greatest asset is the time we spend with our employees discussing customer appreciation and satisfaction. I commend your company for having such a pleasant employee. They are hard to come by these days and to be that pleasant on the phone, out of state, I can only smile as I think how effective she would be in person.
